Both a hit and a miss

Fine views of the Matterhorn and spacious rooms. The electric shuttle is a nice touch, and the friendly staff add to the warm atmosphere.

Location is quite a trek from the town center, and the spa closes too early. Some amenities, like the hot tub, could use improvement as they were lukewarm.

A lot of savoury food at breakfast time. A nice size and well-equipped unit with wonderful views and big basin. Perfect setting, close to the peaceful, beautiful surroundings of Hemizeus, the train station and all restaurants, cozy family atmosphere, yet private. Also, to the Matterhorn Express gondola.

Panoramic Matterhorn views

This hotel is FABULOUS and spotless with magnificent location in the center of the town and efficient staff. The rooms here are reasonably large and immaculate with a cosy bed. Wonderful dishes can be found in the outdoor restaurant. Helpful service, the breakfast is great.

The room was really modern and came with a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card. the location was fantastic-perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of the town center, which was just what we needed. 🌟.

The room was a nice size with an amazing view, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. The location was spectacular and quiet, at a moderate distance from an imposing mountain.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, view from the terrace of the room was amazing. Spa is new and clean, can only recomend it!

Comfortable Family Stay with Amazing Views

We spent 2 nights in a Suite Alpin with fine Matterhorn views. The staff were cute, and our vegetarian daughter appreciated the thoughtful dining options. Remember to check out the half-board meals that offered delicious, well-prepared courses. Just a heads up-no wheelchair access to the main building.

The Hotel is not in the very center of Zermatt, but for us it was very convenient- the quet place by the river with very comfortable rooms. It takes only 7-10 minutes to get to the lifts by foot, and the ski-bus stop is just 3 minutes away. To get to the central street of Zermatt with all it's glamour you need just about 15-20 minutes of a nice walk. The soundproff is perfect - we didn't hear any other guests. And the view is charming

The restaurant of the hotel is closed on Sunday and Monday (the breakfast was served). The hotel is rather expensive if compare with the hotel in other towns, but for Zermatt the price is ok
